Found this to be the best product on the market for me (I've tried pretty much everything!). Great hold for my hair, smells fab.

Fabulous. A little of this cream goes a long way and lasts all day. My skin can dry out when I've used hair products from other companies, but the quality of the ingredients ensures this doesn't happen with DB. A major bonus is that my partner says she loves the smell!

Forming Cream

After a few weeks of research, I finally pulled the trigger during last Black Friday and bought this product (along with the Texture Clay). I'm glad to say that I found the only two products I'll ever need and use! The Forming Cream does not look “chemical”, gives my hair the hold it needs while the look stays quite natural, and is easy to remove just by washing the hair using water. The best part is: my wife is madly in love with the scent of these products! She even opens the bottle to smell them from time to time!

The only negative part for me (unrelated to the products themselves) is the shipping fees: I live in France and 14£ is a bit steep! Gonna be looking for local stockists!

This cream is very light ,non sticky ,great for short natural styles like mine. Easily washed out and keep hair healthy when in. Highly recommended and top quality from Daimon barber as usual.

Great product, holds well all day long, smells amazing. Probably the best product on the market for a matte finish with a medium hold; which can be reworked throughout the day. Perfect!

I usually use DB's pomade and thought I would try this for a change. It's much lighter, without a gloss finish and doesn't 'set' like the pomade, but it still holds pretty well and it's a really good alternative to pomade type products.

One of the best true matte products on the market. Hold leans more towards the medium side of the spectrum for my hair type, and leaves hair feeling thoroughly nourished upon rinsing out. Top, top quality product. And the Egyptian Oudh scent needs to be made into a candle using the same red jar!

Another great product which produces a fantastic smell. I like to use it on dry hair for a natural look or use it with the fixing pomade for a a stronger hold.

For the first time I am disappointed with the packaging of Daimon Barber. The stuff is great as always because I purchased it many times. But the perfection of the jar didn’t come to me today when I unboxing the parcel. The labels on my forming cream jars were put on rather poorly (look at the photo I attached). I’ve known that Daimon Barber is perfectionist in packaging so it’s been bugging me since I got the order. I’m writing it here not for compensation but hopefully Daimon Barber should take care of it for my next order!

The cream is beyond smooth when it comes to scooping out and applying. When used as a pre-styler (applied on damp hair + blowdrying), it provides a great volume along with a featherweight feeling on my hair while nourishes it amazingly. I had the cream in my hair when I went for a swim, my hair never felt this way with any other products after I got out of the pool. The cream has a light-medium hold depends on the type of hair, I guess since my hair is rather thick it falls a bit short comparing to a true medium hold. The incredible scent makes up for the hold as this is truly one of the top 3 scents I have ever experienced on a hair products (I tried nothing short of 40 different jars before). If Daimon Barber decides to make a fragrance out of this scent, which I hope that they will, I will certainly buy a full bottle in a heartbeat. A premium product from a truly premium brand.

I tried this product alongside the clay, and found that this was (for me) far better. It gave me an amazing sleek, but textured look. It was super light weight, but still was bouncing with height, hold and texture. Definitely going to be looking into buying a full size jar of this when I can! :)

I decide to give Forming Cream a try since It claims it hydrates the hair. I’m afraid this product does the complete opposite leaving my hair extremely dry. I tried it on dry, damp and wet hair. I’m very disappointed.

I purchased this product as a consequence of trying a sample earlier in the year. It is light,easy to apply and holds well. I would have preferred a little more shine but that is more likely to be something about my hair rather than the product. It has a mild, pleasant fragrance and a little goes a long way. Overall an excellent product!

This is a truly unique product, which is unusual in hair products. First thing to note is the smell which is amazing, really classy and refined scent. The packaging is also fantastic as to be expected from Daimon Barber. The product itself is where this truly shines though, it is incredibly light, almost feeling like a thick lotion or moisturising cream, application is equally as effortless, if applied and styled in wet/damp hair it will harden up a touch and leave a similar result to the Original Pomade but with less shine but the true versatility of this product makes itself apparent if you restyle once dry (or apply directly to dry hair), this leaves your hair with good hold but more texture and a true natural matte finish, no shine or greasiness at all and an incredible lightweight feel. Highly recommended for both loose and tighter, more traditional styling.
